What is this job all about?
The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing efforts and programs focused on enhancing employees’ level of connection/engagement with the Arc of the Ozarks.
The Employee Engagement Specialist must collaborate with others in order to achieve effective retention practices. The Employee Engagement Specialist works well as a member of the Recruitment and Retention Team in its overall strategy and execution. The Employee Engagement Specialist (EES) is an exempt, salaried position.
